Everyone loves meatballs and this recipe couldn't be easier! I love to serve these straight from the crockpot with bamboo skewers! These can be made with any of the spicy pepper jams, but I especially love the Blackberry Pepper Jam and Raspberry Chipotle Jam for these!
Slow Cooked Meatballs
Gourmet Gold Winner Slow Cooked Meatballs
2 lbs 1-inch frozen meatballs, fully cooked (store bought easily in the freezer section)
2 jars Southern Roots Sisters Pepper Jam
Fresh thyme for garnish (optional)
Dump bag of frozen meatballs into slow cooker set on low setting (you can also cook these quickly if needed on high setting).
Pour Southern Roots Sisters Pepper Jam into meatballs, give it a stir, and allow it to cook slowly in the crock pot. If you like your meatballs with a lot of sauce, feel free to add more jam, allow to cook, and enjoy! Garnish just before serving if desired.
For Instant Pots, pour in as directed and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes, then NPR for another 10 minutes. Remove lid, stir, and serve!
