These are a fantastic and easy appetizer to make for any get together! You can pre-bake the wonton wrappers (also egg roll wrappers cut into 1/4ths) and keep in ziplock bag in the fridge for up to three days before you're ready to bake.

Wonton wrappers or egg roll dough cut into 1/4 squares

Cream cheese

Chopped Pecans
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F
Lightly spray wrappers with cooking spray and place in mini muffin tin. Bake for 6-8 minutes or until edges begin to brown.
Take out wrappers and fill with a small piece of cream cheese, Southern Roots Sisters Strawberry Pepper Jam, and chopped pecans. Place back in the oven for another 8-10 minutes or until heated through and wrappers are golden brown.

This is a quick and easy appetizer that is interchangeable with all the pepper jam flavors. You can even switch up the cheese and do brie with cranberry pepper jam for the holidays, blackberry pepper jam and havarti, and so many other cheese & jam combinations!
