Cheesy Enchilada

Cold Dip Instructions: Mix contents with 2 cups of sour cream. Refrigerate for a few hours before serving. Enjoy with chips or crackers!

Hot Instructions: Mix contents with 8 oz softened cream cheese and 8 oz sour cream using an electric mixer. Top with grated cheese and bake at 350F degrees for 20-25 minutes or until heated thoroughly and cheese is melted.

Cheeseball Instructions: Mix with 16oz softened cream cheese, using an electric mixer. Shape into a ball and roll in chopped nuts. 

Tip: Before baking, add cooked taco meat, corn, and beans for a tasty casserole or dip!
